I Had The MISfortune TO Having TO Stay There AND IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXperiences OF MY TRAVEL ADventures. QUALITY IS Totally Lacking IN That SO CALLED River Resort. THE SERVICE Both IN THE Hotel AND ESPECIALLY IN THE Casino WAS T E R R I B L E: THE employees OF The SO-CALLED "CAGE" Need To BE Trained ON How To Treat Their Customers. tHESE SO-Called PROFESSIONAL People Need TO BE WORKING IN A SLAUGTERhouse AND Not With THE PUBLIC. tHE FOOD Served WELL -NEVER MIND.... mAYBE Someone Should Buy This PROPERTY FROM THE HYATT Brothers and Show them what QUALITY WITH CLASS should be. AS you can tell i won't be back and tell everyone i can not to go near that place. It is just a big big waste of time and money

the trip was great it was nice to take a little time for my self the food was excellent. the rooms were nice. but the casino itself was very tight, i couldnt win a thing not even play for awhile. it was terrible i spent about 250.00 in one afternoon and didn''t even win one dollar.
yet still i got time away in a nice hotel

we have stay at the hotel many times. It is a casino hotel and once you are checked in you do not have to leave if you do not want to. There are four places to eat to fix any budget or taste.
Also an in door pool, workout place and hot tub.
even if you do not want to go to the casino you can go and relax with kids. My grandchildren love going there. There is also a dairy queen across the street and a small grocery store if you need to buy snacks. One of the food places inside the hotel is open 24 hours a day. you can also visit cinn. from here. very clean.
