I enjoyed dinner here in March 2005 and was blown away by the food quality and gorgeous setting. I enjoyed a wine tasting dinner, with a great sparkling wine from Australia with snacks before we were seated. Each course was accompanied by a wonderful wine chosen and described by the proprietor's wine merchant. I can't remember everything I ate that night, but some of the offerings on the regular menu include Grilled Cumin-Crusted Tuna with Mango Habanero Salsa, Center Cut Ribeye Steak with Red Wine Garlic Sauce, Rack of Lamb with Curry Glaze. You get the picture. Fine dining, but at affordable prices. The wine tasting menu was only $65 + tax and tip. Can't wait for the next one!
This restaurant is only open for dinner Wed -Sat for those lucky enough to be in the area on those days. Perfect for folks heading to SouthBend as it is just off 1-94. They have a website ----------- and they are located in the Creekwood Inn, a picturesque property with a pond in a forested area.
