Customer service does not exist at this establishment. Please note that this establishment has no accessibility for those with disabilities - No elevator - and no mention of this was made. Despite having made reservations and arriving at check-in time, rooms were not ready. Front desk staff was not helpful or attentive to the needs of the customer. Had there been another establishment in the area with availability, we would have cancelled our reservation and moved on.

This hotel was horrible. Nasty bathrooms, un-a/c’d hallways, rude check in staff (most of them). We stayed over labor day weekend, and booked 4 rooms for our family, and all of us had the same complaints. Gross bathrooms, cobwebs, mildew smelling rooms.... you name it, it was wrong. We will never stay here again.

Tub is yellow and ceiling tiles have mold and stains. First floor has a patio sliding door to the outside which made me feel unsafe. The AC wasnt working and it was hotter in the room than outside. The lobby area was gross with over piling garbage and the ladies restroom has tissue all over the floor I was refused a refund when I explained the humidity and AC issue as my daughter has asthma and couldn't breath. We were told to give the AC time (which we had to turn on ourselves upon checking in). After an hour on the room felt no different and not to mention only 1/3 of the vent was blowing out cool air. Never again!

Well... first the positives:
* Bed is clean and comfortable.
* Close to a few familiar restaurants.
* AC works
* Has a pool
* Large TV
* Microwave & Fridge

Negative comments:
* Carpet and chairs a dirty.
* Walls are not painted well.
* Bathroom is very small.
* Bathroom is in need of repair.
* Easily year conversations through the walls...

Misc:
Quick access to the highway, with several restaurants and a Meijer close. It appears that it may need some type of management change...several projects with painting and updates are not done well.
We don’t have pets, but we’re told pets were okay if they are under 20lbs.
Appears to be a shortage of available electric outlets. The TV area cords looks like a fire hazard.

YOu get what you pay for. it's not fancy but it was clean and had really good beds , and they make good coffee even .there is a decent breakfast bar as well . the location was good, and it was also quiet . we were able to take our small dog here for a fee , and having a main floor unit worked really well for taking the dog out also .
