We sought out this restaurant because our hostess had a menu, and we saw that they made ice cream fountain drinks - hard to find these days. But when we got there, it was so charming and the menu was so interesting (and the smell of hamburgers so enticing) that we stayed for lunch. I had a liverwurst and bacon on homemade limpa bread with grilled onions - absolutely fabulous - and my cousin had their famous English Muffin Cheeseburger (on English Muffin bread - it's an award winner). The atmosphere is great and the service is friendly and fast. And yes, we did have ice cream sodas to finish things off!
