Pot Party across the hall ruined our night. The manager did not handle the situation well. I had to call the police to end the party. The management needs to remember that they need to take care of the customer. I would never go back to this place, even though the hotel is nice. If there is a party and loud music playing, you are basically on your own. Bring ear plugs if you plan on staying here! Also, you might need to block the door to keep out the pot smoke.

Great hotel well worth the price. Friendly staff and very clean room. I will stay there again. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff greeted me as I arrived and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Affordable price. Good breakfast options. Brilliant service the entire staff is very friendly and goes out of the way to help. Would highly recommend for business and casual travel alike.

room is nice and friendly stuff. location is very nice. just one things i had reservation and i extend more day. middle of night front person call me to bring my CC to charge incidental deposit. really ! can you wait next morning or may be earlier time. but overall nice place.

Ok first off my room wasn’t ready. It had just been deep cleaned and was still wet. It was also the last room they had despite my reservation.

Cobwebs in room. Stinky chemical smell from the cleaning products which couldn’t cover the fact that it must have been a former smoking room or home to a chain smoker. Yuck!

The bedding needs to be laundered. All of it or replaced it was grimy.

Espresso machine broken so don’t look for that as amenity.

It was not great. People seemed nice enough just not enough attention to detail.
