First of all, the location of the place here on TA is totally wrong. Kuremäe Hostel IS NOT in Valaste nor near the seaside at all. It´s located in a small village of Kuremae next to the Kuremae Convent. The correct address is: Kuremäe küla, Illuka vald, Ida-Virumaa, 41201. It seems to me that the owners´ official address might be in Valaste, but indeed not the hostel itself. And the picture here is NOT of the hostel.

As to the hostel, it´s really nice and has a perfect location for visiting Kuremae Convent. The rooms are simple, but everything necessary is provided. Absolutely great that there were mosquito nets on the windows so was completely possible to keep windows open.
Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast provided. Their omelette was absolutely yummy.
Shared bathroom and WC are clean.
The place is very tranquil and nice. On the downside, the walls are not soundproof so we got awaken when the couple next door started their packing at 7am.
There´s a café downstairs serving homey food. Although we didn´t eat there except for breakfast and can´t really comment on the quality of food, I tend to think it is good.
They have fast and reliable wifi for free.
