Hotel staff is friendly, the restaurant is open, in large lobby area. It has salads and sandwiches and a few entrees. Rooms are large, two rooms with a door between, large tv in each. Small refrigerator, bottle of water provided. In room safe. Rugs stained, can hear noises from nearby rooms. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Parking for flights is short walk from hotel.

Stayed here as layover evening after business in Wisconsin. We were thrilled to learn that we could walk to the hotel from the Enterprise rental drop-off location. This saved us an hour on travel time! When we arrived, the staff were extraordinarily welcoming. Room was clean, updated, and spacious. Myrick's featured generous pours and attractively plated meals. Breakfast was delicious. This was a very pleasant experience--recommend highly!

Clean rooms but a little dated. Check
in was quick. A great restaurant next door Harry Carry’s. Free shuttle service, fast and friendly to airport. Hotel starting to show its age. Great sleep on the Sheraton beds.

My husband and I did a park, sleep, fly package with Sheraton Chicago in May 2018. When we first arrived to park, the check in process was a little rough. The attendant could not find our reservation and was very confused. Once we got a manager out, they were able to locate it.

On our return, we were told that we could only have 2 twin beds instead of the king that we had purchased. This was very disappointing for us. They also advised that they no longer have a pool.

The rooms are spacious with an added living room area. There are two flat screen TV's, a safe, and a fridge. The beds were average in comfort level.

For dinner, we ordered room service. After the second mess up and over an hour later, we finally got our correct order. Everything food related was overpriced for what it was.

At breakfast time, we realized the small buffet was not included and had a hefty price tag. We opted out and went to a restaurant instead.

Our stay was average and did the job we needed it to, but we would likely pick another place to stay for our next park, sleep, fly trip.

Stayed here because i missed my connection. Hotel was clean, rooms comfortable and check-in was efficient. Only down side was there was no breakfast before 06:30am - which i find strange for an airport hotel. Even the option of a coffee and a light breakfast would be good.

Thank you for staying with us and for submitting your concerns regarding your stay. We appreciate your kind words about our clean and comfortable room as well as efficient check-in.
I do believe that we were not very informative regarding breakfast option. We are offering breakfast buffet from 6am in our restaurant Myrick's and complimentary Starbucks coffee is offering in the lobby at 530am. I truly apologize that you could not enjoy these due to our lack of communication.
We do hope we can regain your lodging needs in near future.
