This is in a mall just across the street from Chicago (Pointe Plaza). It's worth a tour as if it were a zoo of edibles, and would take 2 hours to get through all the aisles and counters. The international range here is kosher, Middle Eastern, Eastern European (imported Polish, Russian, Ukranina, Bulgarian, etc.),and Greek, with some Asian and other common U.S. ethnic varieties. The fish market has oysters, mussels, a wide range of fresh and frozen fish. (Including the freshest mackerel I've had in ages.) A range of goat and lamb cuts that are hard to find anywhere else. The Deli counter seems a block long, with cheeses from around the world, sausages, salamis you've never heard of or tried. The bakery is a delight to consider--including made-on-premises baklava. The produce section is astonishing, piled high, and beautiful to behold.
There are three other locations in the Chicago area.
