Clean, quiet hotel with excellent employees. Near O'Hare field and not far from public transportation. The hot tub was clean and had a very confortable temperature. Bar restaurant area are attractive and well stocked with many food and beverage items.

Room tip: I stayed on the fourth floor and it was quiet.

This rating was difficult, but unavoidable.

The basic attributes of this hotel are very good. The lobby is very well executed and the basic room infrastructure is solid with quiet and well-controlled HVAC, a very pleasant shower, and very good bed. The staff is professional, courteous and responsive. The location is convenient to the airport.

Unfortunately, the facility does not overcome its proximity, without sound barriers, to the busy ten lanes of Tri-State Tollway traffic noise plus associated toll plaza deceleration lanes. The ambient background traffic noise was annoying and disruptive to my sleep.

Wonderful hotel located within 10 minutes of the O'Hare Airport. Staff is very friendly and eager to help in any way. Due to TSA, we couldn't bring our toothpaste on our flight, but the hotel was happy to give us free toothpaste.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Plenty of outlets and great free internet. Mini fridge in each room--perfect for saving leftover Chicago deep dish pizza! Snacks are available for purchase downstairs in lobby and include a large variety of items even gluten free ones! Ice cream, drinks, popcorn, etc. Microwave is available to guests which is great for re-heating left overs. There is a restaurant right in lobby that is perfect for a quick breakfast. Fresh made omelets and egg dishes/sandwiches are available---even gluten free options for egg dishes. Not sure how dinner was here as we never ate here, but options are limited.

Free shuttle to and from airport as well as to and from Blue Line "L" train station (Rosemont). 5 min from train station and comes every half hour. Blue line brings you right into downtown (~35-45 min ride). Hotel is far enough from downtown that it is super quiet--I even forgot I was in a city! We slept very well and had no issues with noise.

There is a pool but we didn't get a chance to swim. It looked nice. Indoors and heated.

Stayed here the night before our flight to St Thomas due to a very early flight out of O'Hare. Rooms were good size and consistent with all courtyards. It was next to a casino and restaurants. The management greeted us with an upgrade to a suite at arrival which was a nice surprise. Very close to airport if that's what your looking but was also quiet.

We all know Courtyards by Marriott. This is one of the best. Look at all the things done right:
--Prompt shuttle
--Quiet HVAC! Quiet HVAC! Quiet HVAC!
--Pool clean, large, quiet and exactly the right temperature
--Good, interesting food for a format that doesn't allow for an extensive menu
--Breakfast that's tasty, a little imaginative and prompt
--Workout room is modest but fairly complete for this kind of set up
You can just tell that the local management is on top of things.

Suggestion: In the pool the only decoration are signs telling you all the dire things that can happen to you. How about a little art to lighten up the atmosphere a little bit?

Property is on a great location for those using O'Hare.
