We celebrated our wedding anniversary at 1776 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! As we waited for the baked shrimp with goat cheese, avocado and reduced balsamic appetizer, we enjoyed the crusty rolls with our wine. My husband had the butt steak and I had the wild meat platter of bison, quail and elk. Both entrees came with a salad; I chose the sour cherry vinaigrette which was excellent! His entree included shoe string potatoes and a mixed vegetable and mine had garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. To celebrate the occasion, we were treated to a chocolate cake dessert that was a perfect ending to our meal! Service all around was excellent and would return to try another dish.
