Have stayed in many hotels over the years and this Hyatt ranks among the best I have ever utilized. Great location and a professional staff. Who could ask for more! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago

Excellent across the board. Spent 5 days in Chicago for a business convention, and enjoyed everything about this hotel. Close to everything, short walk to shopping, the Bean, and not far from Navy Pier

The Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile is located near all things to do in Chicago including the Museum of Contemporary Art, United Center, The Shedd Aquarium and Soldier Field. Our guests can create a day filled with entertainment starting at Navy Pier followed by exceptional shopping on the Magnificent Mile, ending with the endless choices of Chicago restaurants. Enjoy a walk along the 18 mile Lakefront Trail showcasing vast views of Lake Michigan adjacent to the Chicago skyline. Our hotel is nestled in the heart of Michigan Avenue (The Magnificent Mile) across the street from Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Our newly renovated Four Diamond hotel features stylish and contemporary rooms with luxurious amenities, and our modern on-site restaurant Level Two, features American cuisine throughout the day, as well as express lunch options. Enjoyed everything about this hotel from the friendliness of the staff to the comfort of the rooms. Love the modern decor and cool vibe. Exceptionally clean! Great location right next to the blue bikes that you can ride all over town.

The blue bike bike sharing system gets you around Chicago in a jiffy. The Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile is lucky to be directly across the street from the bike station. There are hundreds of bikes at stations throughout Chicago which are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Each station has a touchscreen kiosk, station map, and a docking system that releases bikes using a member key or ride code. You must be 16 years or older to ride the blue bikes. Our concierge staff has all the details needed to start your ride. Come back in the fall and see us again!

Only thing strange was the receøption in first floor and the fact that you have to take a different elevator from the reception to your room.
Nice big rooms, good bathroom, and close to the university, the hospital and city centre.
Room tip: Higher floors to avoid street noise

With a fresh, contemporary design, our re-invented metro hotel offers wonderful dining, state of the art fitness center and completely renovated bedrooms so you can work and rest in comfort. Taking a second set of elevators to reach your guest rooms adds an extra layer of security which our guests find very comforting. Our guest rooms are away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Was hesitant to stay here, just because its a Hyatt, I thought I would get a generalized level of customer service but I was wrong. I normally stay at the Penninsula but they were booked so when I found myself checking into the Hyatt I had no expectations. I loved that they treated me as if I was a returning customer. They were execellent with all my accomodations and I had a few small requests that they responded to right away. Great job on the customer service

We checked into an executive suite because we have 2 teenagers. Bedroom area and the living room area were separated by glass doors. The room was quite spacious. Living room area doesn't have windows. Location of the hotel was quite good. Close to magnificent mile. We paid $40 per day for unlimited in and our parking at next door parking lot ( not hotel's)

Our executive king suites are very popular with both our business and leisure guests. I am sure that since you were traveling with 2 teenagers that the two 46” flat panel LCD HDTVs came in handy so that that everyone could enjoy different shows. Our guests at the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile like to escape the city in our 735-square-foot completely renovated suites appointed with one king bed, pull-out sofa sleeper, living area and oversized remodeled bathroom with large vanity. A well-lit desk allows our guests to work in comfort, while available high-speed wireless Internet access keeps them connected away from home. I hope you also enjoyed our indoor pool and fitness center and will keep us mind for your next trip to Chicago!
