I really enjoyed the way our guide, John, wove the history of Chicago and the history of its food together. All the food was delicious and while I might have found my way to some of the restuarants on my own, others were really hidden gems. During the weekend I also found that the Tastebud Tour had provided a nice foundation from which to explore other historical sites or other amazing restuarants. For reference purposes, the website gave a very accurate reflection of what to expect on the tour. The price included food at all the stops and I definitely didn't need anything else for lunch that day!

Great Job, folks. I'll be passing your name on to my friends!

I had never been on a food tour before and didn't know what to expect. Tastebuds was so fun! Our pace along the tour was just right. The food portions were just right. The number of stops were just right. The tour information was just right. It felt just like we were spending a relaxing day in the city with no pressure. Anna Lynn was a wonderful tour guide - laid back, knowledgeable and helpful. She was even working on her birthday! Such a sweet lady. Thanks for the great time. I would recommend the adventure to anyone looking for a snippet of history, tips on hot spots and a good walk around the city.

What an adventure. My daughter (not a teenager) and I were lucky enough to have an exclusive tour with Lynn today. The food/stories and company were fabulous. Next time we will try a different tour until we try them all.

Visiting with friends for only the weekend, this was a great way to sample some of the local cuisine and walk the Magnificent Mile area. Our guide Anna Lynn was enthusiastic and informative. We would highly recommend this tour.

Enjoyed this tour. Learning history of the food then getting to consume it is truly a different and fun experience. Loved seeing the older buildings. Easy to walk and keep up with the group.
