Very reasonably prices and the room was very clean. It is older and worn. Still has the old tube type TV. The bed was a little saggy but overall comfortable. This place could use a facelift but it is what it is for the price. My only complaint really is breakfast was horrible. You had a choice of white bread for toast, cold cereal or a waffle maker. Hope you like bleached white flour. I went to the McDonald's a couple blocks down. That worked for me. They do have an Elmer's right next door if you want a full breakfast.

Looking for a stop on our trip and this hotel was easy to get to and best price. Located right across from the university and near lots of shopping. Rooms are clean and well stocked with coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good with make your own waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, juice and coffee. The also offered fresh baked cookies at 8pm! Only down side is that the parking lot is very small, so large vehicles have a tough time getting into the parking spaces if the lot is full. There is a back lot where you could pull in a trailer, but there are no lights in the back. Cleaning staff do not seem to check state of room while cleaning. The remote control was under the bed as well as childrens shoes and clothing. We also found clothing in the drawers.

Booked this room off of Priceline on their special deal, usually book here, but got thus room very cheap. Figured we would get what we pay for but pleasantly surprised. Clean, well maintained, with a coffee pot. Towels small and rough but clean. Close to restaurants to walk to, and the university. Nothing upgraded by any means but good for the price. I'll stay again on my way through next time.

Cheap place. No problems, none at all. Well worth it. Right across from university and a cool coffee shop. And the local brewery is a short walk. Three stars only because it's not fancy, but again....well worth it.

Small room with queen bed. Sink was located in the room and not in bathroom. The room door creaked so bad we joked about it being haunted. The maid even laughed about it. The motel was under renovation and the hall was blocked off with tape. Older facility that needs updating. Our window had a large hole that was covered with many pieces of tape. Very poor internet connection.
Free breakfast was OK.

Room Tip: Located on a one way street.
