A little dark in a strip mall but easy to find. We sit at the bar when we go so we can watch the food made. It's reliable fare with friendly staff. The Godzilla roll is great, but, then again, most of it is.

They treat you like you should be grateful to eat there. I also seen them cut a bunch of boxes with a knife that they then used to make another customers sushi, nasty.

I didn't say it was the best sushi in the valley, but it is the best value for sure. For $18 you can order virtually unlimited Nigiri or hand rolls from a self service form you fill out. They bring everything to your table unless you are sitting at the bar. It is good sushi and well worth the price you pay. You would pay up to $50+ to get a comparable amount of sushi in one of the other Sushi Restaurants in Treasure Valley. When I am really hungry for sushi, this is a great place to go. It is also a good place to buy sushi for a business lunch. I have eaten at both the Boise and Nampa locations and they are both good! My favorite place for sushi is still the Shige in downtown Boise, but they are far more expensive. It comes down to whether I want quality or quantity. Shige has superb sushi that is expensive. IOU has good sushi that is relatively inexpensive.

IOU has some standard rolls and hand rolls that are delicious, like the "Big Joe" or the "Nan Madol" --my favorites. Overall the rolls are fresh, but it is still an all you can eat type of vibe. Dinner can run pretty pricey, but you will not leave hungry.

The food was very good but the service wasn't very good. They seemed like they didn't want you there or that they were to good to serve you
