So many people say that Enrique's has a lot better food, but it's not true. The Fiesta Guadalajara is so much better and the staff is a lot more friendly. They have an amazing carne asada dish that is sooo good! Their Guadalajara burrito is also amazing and is my go to dish! The best carne asasda tacos I have had as well. Their salsa amazing and is very fresh tasting. Enrique's beans are watered down and taste bland, their tacos are bland tasting too so Fiesta Guadalajara is our go-to!

I always make it a point to come here whenever we are in town visiting my daughter who lives just a few blocks away. They are one of the few places that give you bean dip along with salsa for your tortilla chips. The food is consistently good, however the prices have risen to a point that we can't come here as often as I would like. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and it cost $128.00. Probably going to Taco Bell next time.

When we drive out to Kuna for Mexican food we always go to Enrique's but the line was out the door and couldn't find any parking, we didn't have time to wait that long so we tried Fiesta Guadalajara. There were only a few cars in their big parking lot but they were open. It had a nice atmosphere so we tried it.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but lousy food! Chips, salsa and bean dip were mediocre. We ordered the Appetizer Sampler Plate which had a generous portion of food, none of it good. Nachos are chips smothered in beans and cheese and nothing else. Soggy:(. Half a Quesadilla with just cheese and Taquitos with shredded chicken. No sauces, no flavor.
We also ordered Beef Lengua Burrito Supreme. Again, lots of beans, no Lengua and some shredded beef. A little sour cream and guacamole but nothing special.
We ate a little of each and threw the rest away. What a waste of money!
Next time we're in the mood for Mexican we will gladly wait in the long lines to get into Enrique's! It's worth the wait!!!

Celebrated Cinco de Mayo with some enchiladas and salsa. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. A fun family style restaurant to enjoy.
