I held off going to Cafe Rio as it was always crowded due to being the "new guy in town".
When I finally did go I found it was pure chaos placing your order as the staff is falling all over itself to put your choice together. You are asked the same questions over and over during the construction of your choice.....very noisy....cafeteria style.
Food was ok but prices are way out of line for what you get.
I shall not return.

Their sweet pork dishes are delicious. Their tortillas are homemade and tasty. Their salad is huge and very filling. Tuesdays you can get tacos for $1.50. I had their coconut mango shrimp tacos and unfortunately they overcooked their shrimp! They also need to cut their lettuce to bit size pieces. Overall, their food is fresh and delicious. Their three kinds of limeade is delicious especially when you mix all three together.

This resturant is a few miles from home so we decided to try it out. It's set up like a Subway, but less organized. Four different people were involved in building our meals and we were each asked 5 times what we wanted (one person had to ask twice). This is annoying. The Barbacoa Pork is their signature dish and I can tell you the recipe; Take a bunch of pulled pork and add a ton of sugar. They also have fruity drinks that are supposed to be "Mexicanish" but it's just typical fruits you'd expect to find south of the border with a ton of sugar. In fact, everything except the tortillas were dosed with sugar. The tortillas are great - soft and flavorful. This place is sure to be popular for a long time as long as they keep feeding us lots of that sweet stuff.
