My family was skeptical when I tried to explain that our first night would be in part of an old house. They came around as soon as we got there. The backyard is lovely and you can walk just a few blocks to restaurants, or borrow the beach comber bikes. It felt very private. We stayed in the Travel Suite which was nearest the backyard. There is a room above that suite and you can hear footsteps, but we didn’t mind.

Adorable vintage building with cute suites. Anything you want to do is Boise is a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed in the Treetop suite which was roomy and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We didn't cook but did order in one night and it was nice to have real plates and silverware just like home. The staff were all super friendly and if we needed anything very accommodating.

We spent one night at Boise Guest House, a nicely refurbished older home a couple blocks from the downtown core, in a suite entered from the backyard that had ample room for a group of four or more. Affordable, very nicely furnished and very welcoming, we could see this being a great base for a family or group visit to the rich Boise area. Large kitchen, two bedrooms, well-appointed bath and comfortable living room, with a great outdoor seating area just outside. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Big suite entered from the backyard

You should definitely stay here! We did recently and loved it! A lot of love was evident in the nice accommodations. The owner was nice and friendly and was helpful with suggestions. Our dog friendly room was perfect for us. Clean and well appointed. Everything worked well and the unit open up onto a nice, private courtyard with outdoor seating and newly planted flowers. A very easy walk to downtown. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Boise Guest House!!

We stayed in the attic suite master room has a queen bed and bathroom(bit small) but OK, there is another bedroom with two single bed, it has everything you will need for a short or long stay. There is an outside area with a barbecue .close to town centre, we had a good stay and would stay again.
