Atlanta seems to be a hub for Publix. Nashville has more than a few in the area, but Atlanta seems to have one everywhere, much like Kroger in Nashville.

This Publix was like many others, perhaps smaller, with good food and beverage selections. I stopped for snack food and breakfast items and was satisfied. They don't try as hard to be friendly in Atlanta as they do in Nashville as they have less competition.

Sometimes we just feel like a quick sandwich and we found the deli to be wonderful. The lady working at the counter was extremely helpful and recommended several options for a sandwich. We loved the 5 grain wheat bread with turkey and a nice bottle of wine that can be found in the store.

This is a small format store with great people. It has everything you might want but maybe not all the brands carried in a normal store. The bakery is great and has a complete deli with hot foods such as chicken and vegetables. The meat and fresh food sections are small but still have a good selection. Frozen foods is good but not the wide range of selections (not the wide range of brands like in frozen pizza as full size stores). Wine and beer is available - just a more limited selection. There is a pharmacy at this location if needed.

The made to order sandwiches in the deli is the high point of a visit to this Publix; the vast bakery selections titillate the palate. Service is exceptional. The fruits and vegetables were not up to par with other locations. Publix purchases their pies from a third party evidently frozen and the bottom pie crust is often soggy after baking. This could be resolved by formulating a bottom crust that is not as absorbant of liquids.

I got the fried chicken dinner. It was so good! Nice and fresh and crispy. The young man that helped me was very polite.
