Arrived on a Thursday afternoon. When I booked our stay, I requested full hook-up site if available. Unfortunately, it was not so we took w&e. Asked where the dump station was they said "oh, it's broken"! So, no showers in the rig. It is day 4 and we are waiting for an escort to take us to a drive thru site w/dump so we can empty our tanks. A pain since we have to basically break camp just to dump, very inconvenient. On the positive side, the free breakfast each day of waffles or pancakes juice and coffee; nice off-leash dog park; good size grocery store w/camping supplies, conveniently located off I-95, lots of things for kids to do. Areas for improvement: fix the dump station; water odor is terrible (sulphur). Would not use for drinking, cooking, or even for the dog to drink; employees could be more friendly and a smile goes a long way!

Stopped here late one night as we were traveling along RT 95 and it was perfect for us for an overnight. We arrived late on a Saturday night and the campground was full, however they did offer us a dry camping spot to stay in, very accommodating! When one of the camp hosts came by to escort us to the spot he asked if we wanted a 20 amp site, to which we said "sure". Bert then escorted us to a spot next to his RV and said we could stay here for the night, away from the entrance and plug into his RVs outside outlet! Bert & Lisa from Redfield, NY, THANK YOU!! I am always amazed at how nice and accommodating the people are at most of the KOAs we've stayed at, this was no exception. We would, and will, stay here again anytime we travel RT 95.

Not sure how KOA evaluates parks just know pull thru site with patio are not deluxe even though you pay for it. Gravel site with narrow patio n table w/umbrella not much room to enjoy outside experience. Showers are horrible. Shower head barely works plus knob for hot or cold difficult to determine. Shower stall dirty rusty nails board to block off doors. Park water pressure very low below 30psi. They have food on site to order delivered to site is nice after long day. Roads all gravel and narrow. More a Journey in my opinion compared to other Holiday I have stayed. Good for over nighter close expressway n gas available.

This is a nice park and very convenient off I-95. Easy to get to. The KOA personnel were delightful & very helpful ... from the office staff to the grounds staff & the parkers ... they were personable & friendly! Many amenities: complimentary breakfast, there was a wine & cheese gathering the night we arrived (Sat), many things for kids to do, nice office/ general store! All sites have a fire pit and the office not only sells firewood, but they deliver it to your site!! Will definitely come back!!

Stopped here for the night on they way to Orlando, FL from western NY. Excellent location just off I-95. Lots of things for kids to enjoy, Velcro wall, jump pillow and pool. Clean bathroom and laundry rooms. Camp offers limited food menu that they will deliver to your site. Nice free breakfast of pancake or waffle with coffee or OJ. Friendly staff.
