My girlfriend and I travel all over and Haven stayed at dozens of hotels and resorts. The location is great. Clean. Great rate. Tub is massive comfortably fitting two. Erin at the front desk was excellent and very hospitable.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. The rooms were clean (though dated), service from the front desk was exceptional. We were able to meet and speak with the owner. They are planning on doing renovations & updating as soon as their busy season is over. It is close to downtown & all of the wonderful things Helen has to offer.
If you’re expecting seclusion & all the amenities of a full apartment, then renting a cabin is probably better for you.
We would stay here again!

I booked a suite here over a month ahead of time and used reward points to get a discount. They sent me an email at 9:23 in the morning (not a phone call) that my reservation was canceled because my card had been declined and that they have no rooms available. I then sat in their driveway and used the same card to book a more expensive room. These clerks should be fired.

We have Also Called You But The Phone Number Was Going To Straight Voice Mail, We Have Left The Voicemail Also At 9.29 am
And As Hotel Policy Give You 3 Hours To Update The Card We Didn't Get Any Response Until 5.30 pm, As A Hotel Policy We Have To Canceled The Reservation.

This hotel was filthy they never came to clean or refresh the towels
There isn’t a hot continental breakfast they served glazed donuts as breakfast
When we arrived at 6pm the room was not ready The room was dirty The floor was soaking wet in front of the air conditioner and fireplace
The people at the desk didn’t care
We were actually happy the restaurant next door was doing remodels
The one working at night desk for the hotel did not have on a mask
A maintenance guy did not have on a mask inside by the desk

This place is disgusting. Hair on the floors, broken sink, chipped ceilings, stains all over the sheets and comforter, dusty tables. The place looked and smelled so nasty. The only thing good is the location. Super nasty, do not stay here!
