My wife, daughter and I ate dinner here while visiting during Christmas. The good was great, priced reasonably, and enjoyed good drinks. Very nice Cajun flare.

This place is top rated for good reason! Our entire family was satisfied with everything we ordered. The crab cakes are a must! The shrimp & grits, pasta primavera, & the burger are also delicious. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amazing quality of the food. We were extremely pleased & we will definitely be back!

We stopped in on a Monday afternoon after hiking in the area for some dinner. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. We sat upstairs and while normally we'd eat on their balcony overlooking the Square, we were pretty chilled so ate inside in the warmth. The building is old and filled with all kinds of interesting art for sale. We didn't know until the end, but they also have an enclosed patio and bar area on the main floor in the back of the building. They also have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. We were excited to learn this because we have company coming into town and Dahlonega was one of our planned activities. Stopping by here for food (or at least drinks) has now been added to our plans.

We had a wonderful table upstairs overlooking downtown. We could have had tables out on the balcony but we opted to sit inside to keep us and the dinner warm. It was a great view of the square and as the sun set, the Christmas lights around the square became brighter. Our meal started off with a small size of Gator Bites ($6) - fried nuggets with a special Cajun dipping sauce. This was perfect for the two of us with about five bites per person. For a drink we had Barritts Ginger Beer soda ($3). It is a sweet soda with a good ginger taste made in Bermuda. It was a winner! We split two entrees. One was Gumbo ($9). This was excellent with a brown roux sauce and chicken and andouille sausage pieces. Muffaletta was the other entree ($12). It was a very good tasty sandwich with fries. The waiter was ultra busy with the crowd that arrived after us but he did the best he could and remained ultra friendly throughout. Overall we had a great meal. We definitely recommend.

Great Cajun place, good selection and small, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping in while in Dahlonega.
