Allow at least 3 hours; longer if you bring a picnic. The picnic area is very nice. A good spot for kids to wade in the stream. Overnight camping also available. Both waterfalls and the creek were full of water and very lively today, because of a lot of rainfall recently. Modest 2 mile round trip hike to view both falls. During warm weather, this is a heavily visited area, so best to go in off season. If visit during season, go during the week and/or very early in the day. Is close to the highway (US 129) so overnight camping during high season would probably not be completely quiet. During dry season, there is not a lot of water in the falls.
