Lanes we're nice and the couches were a great touch. Pizza is cardboard and the burgers we're dry but we weren't there to eat.

Good luck is all I can say about being able to bowl in this place. Call the number? Good luck getting someone to answer. Order food? Good luck getting it before your done bowling and warm. Don’t come here if you want to bowl or eat. This place, or the management of this place, absolutely stinks!!!!!!

We booked a private VIP room with two lanes for a surprise 30th birthday party. People began to arrive at 7.45 as requested, but by 8.15 the roon still wasn't ready and the birthday boy arrived while we were standing in the waiting area. Not much of a surprise!

The room was nice, the bowling was good. After about 10 mins we all realized how hot it was. We asked the manager about it who said the A.C. was broken.

Our waiter started out OK, then after about an hour just completely disappeared after taking orders. Eventually after several members of our party had gone to the front desk to get answers they sent in another server to cover the rest of the night.

One of the lanes broke down half way through, costing us 20 mins of game time. They said we could make it up at the end on a regular lane.

The real chaos however was yet to come. Despite telling the wait staff at the beginning of the night who was on what check, we were given a bill with a figure on it and simply 'bar tab' written down. No itemization, no telling what was on there, nothing. It took over half an hour to even begin to sort out the mess, with each member of wait staff blaming the other and the managers nowhere in sight. When we left approximately 35 mins after asking for the check others were still there trying to make sense of the mess.

It could be a good place but I wouldn't go there again until there's a large, shiny, under new management sign outside.

Walked into Revolutions on a Friday night. We entered in game room/bowling entrance. We made our way over towards the bar side to sit and have a few appetizers. It was fairly empty, the band for the night was setting up. We were actually greeted by the singer of the band. He was pretty much the only one interested in helping us at all. The bartender told us to sit wherever we wanted too. We walked around for a few minutes trying to find an area to sit where there would be a server. When we finally sat down, we waited at least ten minutes and we were NEVER attended too! When we decided to leave the bartender at the outside bar asked us if we were ok, we said we are now as we walked out. This wasn't my first experience at Revolutions but even the first time the service wasn't great! The lack of customer service seriously leaves something to be desired. No greeter/hostess, no visible wait staff and not an atmosphere were you feel like your business is important to them.

Went here for the first time as a part of my company's team building event. Very nice decor, super fun bowling/music/atmosphere! We did the VIP package and for lane & shoe rental, 3 types of apps, it was $29.99/person~ a bit pricey in my opinion. The sliders were tough, as were the chicken tenders. Mozz squares were delish. Also, the A/C needed to be turned up~ not good airflow thru the VIP area. Also, they comp'd all of our parking garage fees, as we had our big event there. Nice touch!
