Hidden jewel at the coast in one of Kenya's most pristine conservancies. Beautiful setting in the dunes, delicious food fresh from the see and stunning sunsets from the lovely roof top and open room terraces. All of this with respect for nature, support to the local community and delightful activities, such as boat and birding trips in the vast mangrove forest. Sincere thanks to the dedicated staff for their outstanding service that made our stay so special. Delta Dunes is a wonderful place that make you want to go back...

A wonderful place with a fantastic team, led by Kelly. You can relax by the dune-top pool. walk along the beach collecting sand dollars, bird watch along the water ways, or look forward to the next sea-food menu. A highlight for me was the final dinner, sitting Swahili-style on cushions on the beach under the stars, with a log fire burning and huge prawns, freshly caught, being grilled close by. The attention to detail was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the team. 171 steps up to my room from the jetty but it was worth it. Sunrise and sunsets were magnificent.

This is the place to be if you love nature, silence, bird watching, endless beach walks, luxury and natural materials, delicious freshly prepared seafood, unforgetable sunrises and sunsets and if you want to stay far away from it all! We had a fantastic time, thanks to the whole Delta Dunes team which made our stay so special!

This unique place is a must visit. The amazing hand-built camp is situated where one of the Mouths of the Tana meets the Indian Ocean. Beach & Bush, Luxury meets Simplicity this spot is a MUST VISIT for any wannabe Robinson Crusoes out there.
You could land a jumbo jet on the superb beach (Best BeachCombing in Kenya) & beware the lions in the Dom palm thickets.
This place is Heaven although the kitchen might feed you too much crab....
Highly recommended......

Room Tip: Wonderful body surfing
