This hotel is a gem! While the outside isn’t the most impressive , the inside is ! Everything is modern and quite nice !
It is directly across the street from the public beach which adjoins the hotels in the beach for $200-$300 more per night!
The staff is very courteous and accommodation! The pool and hot tub is well maintained.
They even have a bar on the roof that serves beer and wine at very reasonable prices !
Beware though: they call it a resort. It is NOT. But certainly a nice hotel!

We arrived early but Shawkira graciously checked us in. Our room was just what we wanted-large, clean, lots of outlets, lots of cupboards and drawers, two closets, comfy beds, and glass door opening to end of pool away from office. So we did not have any traffic going by us to get to pool, but we were right there by pool. Couple of weird things about the bathroom-shower/tub floor was so slippery we have to put towels down so as to not slip and there were no bars in shower, and flush handle on toilet was at rear of left side so you had to reach over toilet to flush. We had a small issue with our TV, which Debbie from housekeeping tried to help us with, but eventually had to call Wayne. Wayne figured it out, but there needs to be a permanent fix to the "eye" falling down all the time.We enjoyed the company of Kirsten at the tiki bar, but did not spend any time there after the first day because no liquor. All the staff was personable, friendly and very helpful, especially people mentioned, except one. Don't know her name but she left the front desk and phone unattended for at least 10 minutes to go heat her lunch. I came down to ask a question since the phone was not answered when I tried to call the front desk. There was a couple waiting to check out and we just stood there for about 10 minutes. When she finally returned she could not answer their question about Choice Rewards-luckily I could. This was not acceptable. All in all we love the place and would love to come back for Christmas but unfortunately the rates are just too high for us then-maybe next summer!

Room Tip: We had room 120-would always try to get this room!

My wife and I took a long weekend trip down to Treasure Island and ended up booking a room with Hotwire’s Hot Rate’s. We lucked out and got a great deal on a king room, the 3rd floor, bay side here for 4 nights. The hotel is on the small side and you can tell it’s a little older, but everything on the beaches is. It’s quiet, clean and comfortable- the employees were very friendly and welcoming to us. The room itself was quite big, included a fridge/freezer combo, Keurig, microwave and a balcony. The only thing my wife wished it had was a blow dryer. The AC kept the room at a comfortable temp at all times, not issues at all. The beds were huge and very comfortable, there were about 6 pillows on the bed so it was easy to find one that suited. The location, for us, was great. A short walk to dinner each night, Walgreens was just down the street, a Waffle House right next door for breakfast and public beach access right across the street. In my opinion, you can’t beat this place for the money, the location was great and the service we received was great. If we come back to TI, we’ll stay again.

Pros:Rooms were very spacious and clean! Daily breakfast was good and always well stocked. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. Great value for the money. Cons: washer and dryer out of order throughout stay. Sliding glass door handle broken in room. Carpet in room dirty. None of these things would make me not want to come back. If in area would stay again.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Treasure Bay and Marina. We flew in on Allegiant, took an Uber to our hotel, and then walked almost everywhere we needed to go from there. The hotel is VERY convenient to restaurants, a Publix grocery store, Walgreen's and other shops. A fabulous hotspot, a cute little ice cream shop called Super Scoops, is right next to the hotel. Not sure that was a good thing for us, but we sure did enjoy it! The family who runs it is super nice.
The hotel is right across the street from the beach- very convenient and s short walk. There's a nice Snack shop right there at the beach entrance, too. And restrooms and showers are available there.
Really all the amenities you could want are so near this resort- the perfect choice for your stay in Treasure Island! The staff are super helpful, sweet spirited and efficient! The free breakfast is more than adequate and quite filling! There's so much to
We'll return again and again!!
