It seemed like a lovely park. My husband and two dogs went for a walk there on Tuesday. The weather was nice. The park was clean. My only complaint is the "trail map" is completely useless. My husband took a photo of the posted trail map and we had a paper copy of the map. At some point in our walk, we decided to cut off the paved trail and walk through the woods. There were trail markers with numbers on them, but without a reference on the illegible paper map, they made no sense. Rather than turn around and go back the same way, we kept walking until we got tired, hoping that the numbers would lead us back to the paved trail. Instead we ended up a mile from the entrance and on a busy road (Morris Bridge Rd.) At this point my older dog was so tired, we decided to wait on the side of the road while my husband power-walked to get the car. So... it could have been a lot better. A legible map, an actual trail map, different colored markers, anything would be an improvement. If you are going to stay on the sunny paved trail, you should be fine.

Excellent place for biking. Long, hilly runs and flat as well. Asphalted throughout. Some sections under water after heavy rains. Full of wildlife!

We found this great bike trail in the middle of nature. There are two main entrances. On off of Morris Bridge Rd and one off of Bruce B Downs. There is a $2 parking fee, which helps maintain the restrooms and water stations. It is well worth it to have facilities to use. The main loop is 7 miles long. It is about a half mile from the parking at Morris Bridge to get to the loop and about 2 miles from Bruce B Downs to get to the loop. These are the paved sections. There are many other non paved trails, but we have not used those. There is also a nice little park with a zip line and some climbing options for the kids. The park is off of one of the splits in the trail. We took our 3, 6 and 8 year old grandkids biking there. The 3 year old was on the back of a bike. They loved the water stations which were about every 2 miles. The first time they had a tough time doing the whole loop. Today we did extra trails and we figured we rode about 11 miles. We stopped at the park for a picnic. It was a wonderful option for a beautiful day to do something healthy with the family. There were serious bikers as well as joggers and walkers on the trail. The trail is very wide and accommodates many.

There's not too much to write up. It's a great place to bike or hike. The courtesy stations are clean and well-kept, and at a two-dollar fee (on the honor system) it's a great value.
