I've been making it a point to review more places that I stay when it has been a positive experience. So often, I've had sub par service where the people seem like they don't want me to even bother them. BUT NOT HERE!
I had the breakfast this morning and it was DELICIOUS! Even if it's an eleven dollar breakfast... You get what you pay for! And this is proof! I stayed at another hotel with a free continental breakfast a few days ago, and it was TERRIBLE! But here, the food is fresh, delicious, and tastes like real food. My hostess, Shandreah, did an amazing job and was SO POSITIVE and FRIENDLY!!! She made my morning! And the cook, Malcolm, made sure everything was cooked to perfection. These two are the perfect example of how customer service/Food service should be provided. I can't praise them enough!
Also, Tiffany at the front desk is so positive and has a big, warm smile. She even showed me a signed Kansas picture from when they stayed here!!! I love that band, so that was a really cool moment. She is the perfect example of how a front desk associate should interact with a guest. I know, because I worked front desk at a Marriott hotel in the past. I'm sure she has affected other guests in a positive way, as well!
People make or break any experience... And honestly, these people MADE MY DAY!
Also, the room is cozy and the bed is comfy! What more could you want??!
Can't thank you enough! I will be back!
