After driving 17 of an 18 hour drive to bury my father, I received a call saying my room was no longer avaible due to a construction mishap. Holly from the hotel explained that they were going to put us up in another hotel, Fairfield Inn which was more expensive, but that they were going to pay the difference. Wow talk about saving the day! Not only did they do that, but Holly drove to the Fairfield Inn and dropped off a Goody Bag of refreshments and snacks. She also included a hand written note. The front desk at the Fairfield was very kind and welcomed us. I will always look to Holiday Inn Express as my first choice, because of Holly's kindness. Thank you,

My house was flooded last week and my wife, son and myself has to stay here for a week. It was extremely difficult circumstances. I will say the staff was just phenomenal! The entire front desk staff provided everything we asked for without any hesitation!! I know it’s their job...but they were so on top everything. They knew our circumstances and they were so understanding and helpful. We had to add several nights due to house not being ready and they made sure we stayed in the same room. They made a such a difficult circumstance as comfortable as they could. Housekeeping also was phenomenal!! Not only did they make sure our room was always clean. But they left us extra laundry bags because they just knew we needed them. If we ever get displaced again we will be staying here! (And it may happen sooner rather then later) Anyway that is my review! I hope it was helpful!!

We stayed at the HIE Spring Hill for 2 nights. This is a really nice hotel. Rooms recently updated and comfy. Breakfast plentiful and well managed. The have onsite self serve laundry which was nice. The only glitch was the TV cable kept losing programming after turning the TV off. This was a easy fix each tune, just annoying. It’s about an hour north of Clearwater beach and 30 minutes south crystal river and homassassa springs. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone was so friendly! Even with renovations going on the hotel was quiet and clean, we stayed for 3 nights. Adam and the rest of the front desk staff was so great too and very knowledgeable of great places to hang out, things to do, and get food and drinks because of his tips we had so much fun!! He deserves a raise for sure! The breakfast was a bit repetitive but I guess that is common for a Holiday Inn Express. Really appreciated the upgrade to a room with a little kitchenette type deal, and the jacuzzi tub. I’m a Director of Sales for another IHG franchised hotel and I was very impressed with the staff and this hotel in general, will be back for sure to see it again once it’s been renovated.

Hello ChrissieHernandez! Thank you so much for your great feedback. We can't wait until our renovation is completed later this year. Right now just the first floor is finished. We start back up at the end of April after our busy season is over. The rooms are coming out fantastic! We have little glitches here and there, but all are easily resolved once we know about them. We can't wait for you to come back and stay with us again! Take Care, Ryan J Cornelius - General Manager

Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, the tub was a little slippery and needs an anti-slip coating or stick on. My TV had a fritz in the brightness control that made if fluctuate in brightness randomly and made it difficult to watch nighttime scenes in movies. I was working and exhausted, so it wasn't a deal breaker. I wish the fridge had a mini freezer to make ice-packs at least cold if not frozen.
