OK, let me start with the breakfast, which is the highlight of the hotel and it is just GREAT!! Everything is homemade (even the bread which is fresh everyday!) and it is not a buffet style but they serve you in your table. You can choose any type of coffee you like and along they bring you a freshly squeezed orange juice, bread (best bread I ever had), butter, home made marmalades, the day's sweet (like cake, milkpie, orange sponge etc) and you can choose your eggs exactly how you like them (fried, omelet, boiled, etc) with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Truly a gourmet breakfast of excellent quality. To make it even better, it is served in a very nice secluded yard, which is peaceful and away from prying eyes. I would stay there again, only for the breakfast...but the rest of the hotel is quite good as well.

Rooms are spacious (we had a studio since we were together with our 2-year old son), very clean and simply but tastefully decorated. The location of the hotel is very central (opposite the church, the bust stop etc.) and ideal to walk all around Skala. The owners are very friendly and polite, although sometimes are not very accommodating to extra requirements. For example my cousin was staying to another hotel (because they had no availability) and I requested if he can have breakfast with us and of course we would pay for it. The answer was yes, but a very reluctant and non-friendly one, so he came one day and did not bother the rest of his stay.

I rate it with a mark of 4 and not 5, for the following reasons:

1. poor sound insulation
2. cleaning was done until 2-3 pm and was noisy from the other rooms, so we had difficulty putting our son to sleep
3. no curtain in the shower, so after you had one the bathroom was covered with water all over and you had to be careful not to slip.
4. Although the breakfast was EXCELLENT, the price (85 Euro for the 3 of us per night) is on the high side.

However, I would definitely stay there again, if I go back to Agistri.

Room Tip: The front rooms have a great view but are more noisy.

Me and my girlfriend spent (unfortunately only) one night at the Saronis Hotel.
We did a very spontaniouos booking for this hotel and from the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel which is a family business has a very nice garden area to relax as well as great restaurant along the main road.
The rooms aver small, but very nice and clean, featuring AC, Hairdryer and free WiFi....

The breakfast we got was incredible: Everything was homemmade and fresh, the perfect start into the day. We were also given great tips, where to go on the island, and the best times to go to the different beaches.

In addition to that, on the day of our departure, they drove us with their own car to the ferry, so we didn't had to take the crowded bus.

All in all, a wonderful location, providing high quality and being run by the nicest people.
We are hoping to come back very soon.

I stayed with a friend at the Saronis while visiting Agistri. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained.

Jill helped us with early arrival and advised us about local swimming spots.

Breakfast was really great. Home made jams, bread and cake followed by eggs and tomatoes. All served outside in a beautiful garden terrace.

In general this island is very chilled out with good customer service.

This hotel is a wonderful surprise in the tiny island of Aggistri. Kalliopi and her family offer the most amazing breakfast with home-made pies, different every day. Delicious! The rooms are very clean with fresh towels and sheets every day. Everyone is so friendly! The restaurant in front of the hotel has the best taramosalata and offers fresh fish. The beach is just opposite. Best place to stay!

Room Tip: All rooms are equally good.
