This property was superb from facilities to location. The heated pool was very private being surrounded by tropical shrubbery and we felt very at ease whilst we lounged about. Everything was supplied at the house and there was an abundance of clean towels as well as deck chairs and towels for the beach which is only 10 minutes away. Monika made sure that we had everything we needed to make a wonderful stay.
The property is located in a residential estate and is very quiet and secure. Shops and restaurants are close by
Although we have been to florida many times, this is our first time at a holiday rental property and we were not disappointed

We rented in July with friends that stayed in another property owned by Monika. House is beautiful, spacious and VERY clean. Convenient to the beach or stay home and enjoy the pool and awesome lanai. I would recommend to stay here anytime.

This is the second rental for us from this owner. We had stayed at another of her properties in Gulf Gate last season, and were very satisfied.. She is local, accessible, and quick to respond to the smallest issue. We loved the location so much we purchased our own villa in Oct. We needed a place quickly so we could come down and get our new home livable! What luck to get this home. Clean and comfortable, and pet friendly! Great amenities for a rental. Newer appliances, flat screen TV's in every room (with premium channels), very comfortable mattresses, 2 car garage. Huge lanai, with larger than normal pool, new grill, lots of space. Neighborhood is secure and quiet. Everything is close. You won't be disappointed.
