My wife and I on a two day getaway to St Augustine. Splurge night. Read about Collage and tried it. Grand slam.
Great room. Great service. Great food. Reasonable price.
We had two apps and two mains. Nice reasonable Cabernet.
House made burrata cheese and a very good bruschetta with a bit of filet. Delicious.
Mains were shrimp and scallops and filet with a vidalia onion / gorganzola dressing. It came with great mashed potatoes and a bit of veggies. Both mains were wonderful.
The wine was fairly priced for the house at $38. There were a number of choices between $30-40. Never expect under $30 in such a restaurant.
Before tax with wine it was $125.00. Two apps and two mains for $85.
I don’t know other high end / fine dining spots in this town. But by comparison to Savannah it is equal to what we’ve had there.
It’s a must go if you want white tablecloth fine dining.
