I drove an extra 3 1/2 hours to visit the playmobil fun park in florida while on vacation. The place was really amazing and was only 94 cents a person to play all day. There were tons of kids though, and although there was seating for adults, I really wanted to play with the toys. We were hungry on arrival, and they only have a drink and chip vending machine, so we had to order from a local restaurant and have it delivered. It took over an hour to get our food, so we got a little grumpy. I thought the store was really fantastic, but I expected to find some good deals, or at least that they would have everything in the catalog. They were out of the pyramid, which is the one thing we wanted, but we did get the police station a month before it could be bought online. The staff was super friendly, and store was clean, but we got bored rather quickly. If you're in the area, it's a must see, but 31/2 hours was a little too far to drive.

We (5+3yr old) spent a rainy Sunday at the Playmobil Park. It's indoors ans can be chilly, so bring a sweater. As someone else said - there is no food except a vending machine. But they have a picknick area. Entrance fee is only $1. Place is clean, but some toys show some wear (the train tracks barely hold together). Still, kids don't care about that and have fun. As we arrived staff performed some animation that kids seemed to like. Be aware that they start closing certain sections ca 1hr before closing (that would be 4pm on a Sunday) since staff has to straighten out all the toys for the next day.

Ok, the name of the place is a little missleading, I drove all the way from Miami because I expected a park with rides etc. kinda like Lego land. Came to find out it was more like a big toy store in strip mall, where there is a huge play area for the kids. Kids are allowed to play with all the different playmobil sets in different themed play areas, knights castle, princess area, farm etc. You pay a dollar to get in. The kids loved it, it was airconditioned, so it wasnt so bad after all. A group was having their son's birthday party there and had lots of fun. Beware parents: you have to exit through the playmobil store!
