I had heard about this taverna from friends in Afrata, and we ended up travelling here 5 days in a row on the moped, all the way from Gerani for lunch. The location is special. Sitting under the trees, with the rock cliff behind, sheltered from the sun but with a view of the sea and so close you can here the waves crashing in on a windy day. Very romantic! We tried several things on the meny, both meat and fish, along with various vegetarian side dishes. Everything tasted so good. The portions are generous, and there is no ´fast food´here. The vegetarian dishes were an ode to slow food, and grilled fish was superfresh! They are not exactly overstaffed, so Sunday lunch required a certain amount of patience on our part. The waiting staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and also honest in their recommendations. The owner produces his own wine, and at 5 Euro for a half liter, it is dangerously good, and the perfect accompaniment to the fish dishes. The toilets are basic but were serviced often.

A freindly family run Taverna , set back from the quiet charming beach at Ravdoucha. We visited twice both times on Sunday. A popular spot with Greek families, the sea food is fresh and the portions generous.

Lovely family run taverna on a small pebbly beach. Worth the drive down for the food, even tho we only had a short visit to the beach - it's stony and small. Some of the dishes we tried were excellent, real home cooking, and staff helpful and friendly. Check out the fish of the day for the freshest option.

Really a fantastic place where to have a dinner far from turistic path...under beautiful trees and hearing the sound of the sea. We ate grilled octopus and dorado with other local fish, greek salad and other starters. Dimitri is a kind person and will serve you a good white home Wine.
Price are really good. Whatelse? Try it and enjoi your meal!!!

We visited the restaurant several times at evenings.
We had different kinds of lokal dishes - vegetables, salads, fish, meat - and everything was tasty and good.
