Nice place, newly renovated. Unfortunately the newly renovated room was musty and missing a few details. Rooms have balconies. Pool was spacious, good temperature and quiet. It has a lap Lane-hard to find in Orlando hotels! Hot tub wasn't working. :-( breakfast was yummy!

My family stayed in Holiday Inn Orlando-Disney Springs Area for 6 nights. Good and practical for families to stay because it's close to interesting places to visit. Hotel is clean with a warm ambience /atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely highly recommended.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn over 15 times and always enjoy our stay. We like the new renovations to the wing section of the hotel.

We have asked for Said one of the morning servers every time we stay at the hotel. He gives us great service and always goes out of his way to make us feel like we are family. He has become a good friend.

Angela the hotel manger always takes good care of me and my wife.

This hotel was just okay. We stopped in for the night as we were just cutting across the state. You have to pay for parking and the breakfast isn’t included like most Holiday Inns. There were no bed skirts on the beds which was a little odd. We also only had one bar of soap between the sink and shower. The room was clean, but did smell a little musty. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked good. The pool seemed nice. The price is good, but I’d rather just stay at the budget Disney hotels.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and we had some issues upon arriving to our room around 9 PM. The key cards weren’t working, and the door was malfunctioning. We called the front desk and Brian sent the hotel maintenance to check out the door. After 30 minutes, the maintenance guy stated he was unable to fix the door. At this point, we were tired and hungry from a long day. Brian exemplified excellent customer service and more than made up for the unfortunate situation. We were promptly provided a beautiful new room with a few additional amenities provided by Brian the next morning and at check out. This left such an impression on us that we will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks so much, Brian!
