My family of four (two adults, 11 yr old and and a 3yr old) stayed here in Dec 2011. We actually purchased this week on ebay and paid a total of $381 for the whole week with no resort fees added. We were a little worried when we got there (because we had never purchased anything like this on ebay before) but everything far exceeded our expectations.
We were never asked to sit through a presentation (although we did ask if we could and nobody got back to us). The room was amazing..very clean, large, nice balcony, master bed with corner tub, and seperate bath for the kids. We used the corner tub each day after long days in Universal and Disney. The pools were very clean and large. If you want maid service, you do have to pay extra for this, however, that is typical of timeshares. I would certainly recommend this place and will be going back.

This was a nice resort. There was two different pool areas, club house, bars, resurants on site. In the club house you had to pay to play the games in arcade with Bluegreen card. The timeshare meeting lasted over two hours and we were the first to leave from our group. We had a 3year old that was waiting with grandpa in the room. Too long for us and a waste of the day. That's all they do is try to get your money!!!!! They will try and try!!!! We just said we can't aford that and finally got to leave. The free Cruise they say you get ISN'T FREE!!! We had trash piled in up with nowhere to take it. They said there was a bin to put it in and we never found it. A lady called the day before our arrival date and ask it we wanted to spend and extra $270.00 to get a room with a balcony, washer/dryer and a kitchen. We of course said are you serious NO! Which I had read that all room already had it all!!!! After we said NO she said well how about $135.00. We said we will stay where we are. She said we were in a Hotel part (there isn't a such a place). At meeting we told them about what she said and sometimes they put in a off resort hotel if rooms get filled up, but it's not that much money to get an upgrade (less than $100) they told us. They just try getting your money!!! We got there and our room had balcony, kitchen, washer/dryer. They lied to us! We arrived at 3:30 and they said our room wasn't ready yet and it would be 4 before it was ready. We didn't get a call for our room until 4:30. We were already tired from flying, renting a car, ect.....We also tried to call for directions and put us on hold for 30 minutes. We hung up and tried calling back twice and no one would answer the phone. Terrible customer service! We used the whirlpool bath tub once and when we turned on the jets MOLD came out! Light in other bathroom had a short, both toilet handles were cracked and 1 broken. Needs better maintenance for sure. Close to Disney, Sea world, ect.....We were in building 6. They just reopened building 4 from renovaion. You have to pay for a maid per day! You have to have a pool towel card (2 towels per card)! Have to return card or they charge you $20 per card! Have to return towels at pool area, too! Have to pay for spa services, steam room, ect. Swimming is the only free activity here! My father in law has a timeshare and he never goes through all this crap!

We booked a vacation in September 2011 for a week stay in April 2012. We called Bluegreen reservation department in February to see about adding another Night. The rep said she would need to send the request thru and get back to us in 24/48 hours. Well, we not only did not get an extra night, but someone accidentally canceled our original reservations so then we had none. We signed up with them during a visit at a Bass Pro shop so we were given a $25 gift card. Not only did I spend 8 hours of my day fighting with Bluegreen reps about getting our money back (We had paid in full already), they actually refunded us minus the $25 gift card. You would have thought they'd just throw that in for our "Troubles". Don't ever sign up with them. I wonder how many more have this happen to them and don't fight for their refund back............

My family of four stayed at the Fountains over President's week break. We had a two bedroom villa in building 8. The room was wonderful, with separate bathrooms and tons of privacy. It was noticeably quiet at this huge resort! We were on the ground floor and I never heard any noise ouside of the door. My two boys, 7 and 12, could be rowdy in their own room, and it couldn't be heard in the master bedroom. They even had a bathroom that they could access without coming into the living area. The layout of the villa was brilliant. We really enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the corner of the master bedroom. The kitchen was stocked fully and even held items needed for baking. We made good use of the washer and dryer. The amenities at the resort were enjoyed by all. The larger pool has two waterslides and daily activities. Even during a very busy week in Orlando, the pool was never very busy! The bar pours the drinks strong, and has a daily feature mixed drink for five dollars. Chairs were always available. We also made use of the basketball court. A fully refunded 10 dollar deposit will secure you sporting equipment. Everything was clean. The staff was not noticeable, but was accessible. The resort is located very near to major attractions. If we venture back to Orlando, this will be our first choice for a resort to stay at.

Room Tip: We loved building 8!

Arrived at Fountains resort on the 10th Feb, 2012. Check in was effortles and the 2 bed apartment was clean, well maintained and well equiped. The staff were very helpful and the resort was excellent, it had every thing we could have wanted, great swimming pools, great clubhouse. I had read some of the not so good reviews prior to visiting this resort but can assure anyone who visits this resort, you will not be disappointed...........we will return
