As with most food inside Disney this is expensive for what it is. Everything we had was tasty enough but we could have easily got the same in any roadside diner for a fraction of the cost. What we did was pay for convenience and because we are a captive audience. We knew this going in and Disney know this so nothing will ever change in that regard. The food served its purpose by setting us up for a few hours - but it probably won’t be a talking point of our trip.

Adult size meals are plentiful and average around 15. Child portions fill me up plenty and it comes with side and drink. It runs around 7. Nice inside a/c with plenty of seating. Not a hamburger/ hotdog place but fresh varieties and great for a quick service restaurant. It's usually an every trip stop for us.

Situated near Soarin in ‘The Land’ area, Sunshine Season offers a large choice of food and drinks on a canteen basis. Plenty of seating available within the restaurant and always seems busy whenever you go.

A good choice for lunch or a drink to take outside in the sun.

Was going to pick up something small for breakfast but ended up splitting the French Toast platter. It was very good and a nice amount to split for a lighter breakfast.

By the afternoon we are ready for lunch and this quick serve restaurant is always one of our stops at Epcot. Located in The Land, it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and there is a variety of soups, salads, flat breads, fish tacos, children's meals, entrees, and several grab 'n go options. Even during the busiest times of the year we always manage to find an empty table.

I love the Power Salad, with kale, brussels sprouts, quinoa, cherries, goat cheese, almonds and more (I add chicken!) My family usually opts for the Turkey served on Ciabatta bread or a vegan Flatbread, and the grand kids love the Grilled Cheese, with carrots, applesauce and beverage.

Prices are more than reasonable and after we go straight to the Living with the Land boat ride! Of course, there are many attractions in this building...Soarin, of course!

If you are looking for a quick bite with options for the whole family, this is a great choice!
