We generally love Hilton quality and comfort. We found that here, but with problems we have not found on other Hilton properties. We stayed in a one bedroom with full kitchen for 4 days. My wife loved the room decor - and that rarely happens. Of course we realize that is just our taste. The room was certainly large enough and equipped very well. The bed was very comfortable and noise was no problem at all.

The problems. When we checked in we were told that they would be full some nights and if we did not find a parking space in our area, we would have to park by the office and a shuttle would take us to our room. Sure enough, on the third night, a Wednesday, we came in around 9:45 and had to park by the office. On going inside to get a shuttle ride, the girl at desk first called on a walkie talkie. With no response, she went into the back room for a few minutes, then came out and told us she was sorry, but there was no shuttle available right now, but sit down and she would try and find someone as soon as she could. Well, we needed to get to the room as we had to be up at 4:30 for an early morning meeting. Having lost faith in their ability to deliver, we walked to the room - about 1/2 mile, me in a suit in the warm, humid, Florida air. In the morning, I had to walk back to get the car. We were staying in building 7. On the next night, we had to park on the far side on building 5. Probably 1/4 mile walk to the room. For this quality of hotel, this is not acceptable. To be fair, when I told the girl on the day shift about our experience, she gave us a $40.00 voucher to use at the hotel.

Another problem was the speed of the Wifi. You had to wait forever for a webpage to load, and forget if there was a news video you wanted to hear. I stopped using their wifi and used my network, because it was much faster. I have stayed in small motels in third world countries that had faster wifi.

The last problem was with the hot water in the shower. Sometimes you had plenty of hot water and sometimes you didn't. Sometimes the water had been running for 10 minutes when suddenly you would get hot water. I never could figure it out.

The problems caused me to drop 2 stars on the rating. We like Hilton, but will avoid this property in the future.

This is it! If traveling to Orlando for a family parks holiday with teenage or young adults this is an ideal location with all parks being under 15 minuets away. But the real beauty of this location is that resort backs onto the Premier Outlet with access through an electronic gate using your hotel key. Great shopping and a large food court. Across the road at the main entrance you have Publix, a large food store and Walgreens the pharmacy. The complex of the resort is well kept although the pool areas are small but still comfortable and with bars at both. The only disappointing thing about the resort was housekeeping. The rooms were clean but servicing took place at different times each day. Sometimes, having been at a park for the day we would return to find only one room cleaned. Ridiculous, as we had rooms next to each other with a connecting door. They did always clean the room, but it could be quite late and while you were trying to get ready to go out. Not the best service. I don’t know anything about a restaurant at this resort, as we eat out every night.

This place is beautiful. They have a lot of amenities, all of the employees are super friendly. Great place if you have little ones. Best thing is how convenient this place is to everything. We stay here often, and will continue to stay here when we are in town. Had a great time celebrating my birthday here.

Wonderful resort from beginning to end. The property is beautiful and emasculate. We were in a 1 br lg nice apartment. The consigera is wonderful he got us hooked up in two minutes. The pools are gorgeous. This is a beautiful resort and all we did was relax. The nicest resort I have stayed at in Florida. No others can touch it.

We're owners and feel fortunate that Tuscany is our HGVC home. It's low-key, well maintained and nicely landscaped. Both pools are nicely managed and the adult pool is really quite. Love the walking path especially early morning and evenings. A special note to Neca (This may not be the proper spelling) who worked with me the day of our arrival to settle us into a room that was a bit quieter; one of our quests is hyper-sensitive to noise. it made for a relaxing and enjoyable week for all. So good, I write this in the airport so the extra effort and day-to-day oversight is recognized and not forgotten. Thanks, everyone!!!
