The room was spotless clean and the employees were most helpful. My only complaint was the soap dispenser in the shower being empty when I took a shower the next morning. The vehicle valet service was excellent.

This hotel is is sub par at best.
1. I’ve never seen so many $123, $226, $1904 holds and releases prompting fraud alerts and when I confront the front desk I’m met with excuses until I present screenshots and then it’s “oh, 5 to 7 business days and your bank will remove them.” Unacceptable!
2. Out of toilet tissue for DAYS.
3. Rude blonde bartender who tells patrons what she will and won’t do because she’s been a bartender for however many years. Degrades guests she’s over served. A bartender who also likes to sit at the front desk and look at guests account and still is employed after numerous complaints. Unbelievable!
4. This hotel has a GM, Assistant GM, and a Front Desk management but can’t seem to reconcile guest accounts properly, ensure toiletries are stocked, so much so that I hear other guest upset saying “I paid in full when I checked in, why did you charge my credit card the full amount again” and thinks an ‘I’m sorry’ is a sufficient response. Outrageous.
5. Charges $75 dollars a day, for what I don’t know because they have no steak on the menu, constantly out of avocado wedges, the corner shop is scarcely stocked. I mean…If you want to charge high incidentals…then what you have to offer needs to match.
6. At least Housekeeping does their job when called upon.
To be a new property…my experience was a ratchet one. Hilton has plenty other options around downtown Orlando that provide a better experience. Peachtree Hotel Group needs to address this!

Had a great experience with the valet team at Home2 Suites in Downtown Orlando. They have a state of the art text system to have your vehicle ready for you before you even get downstairs. The team was professional and courteous, and Manager Carlos Crespo made sure that our every need was met. The valet team is often the first impression of a hotel’s standards and this team exceeded our expectations. We will continue to stay at this particular location in the future, largely in part to Carlos and his team. Keep up the great work!

Although the hotel is in a good location and its somewhat cute, the service is lacking. There was no soap or shower gel, there were no extra pillows or bedding for the extra bed, and communicating with front desk is next to impossible!

We actually found and booked this hotel before it was even open (it was still under construction). We had a concert rescheduled from 2020 at Amway and wanted to be able to walk, but so much of what's in downtown is expensive. I can't say the rate we received will always be available (we also have AAA and are Honors members so we check several rates) but for what we paid, it can't be beat. We had a beautiful view from our 8th floor king studio and we were just down the hall from the rooftop pool, which was so cute! We didn't get to use it, visited on a rainy day, but it would be a ton of fun. The breakfast area on the second floor was clean and spacious, but we didn't get up in time for breakfast - maybe next time. Lobby staff was helpful and kind, they were playing music of the artist that was in town that night which was a nice touch. We even had a room ready at noon which was a great surprise. The only two hiccups would be that the bluetooth digital key does not work in the elevators, so you pretty much need a traditional key regardless - and housekeeping started knocking/opening our door at 8am. Check out is not until noon! Knowing there was a large event in town and many guests were going, maybe consideration should have been shown for the time of morning? Even a phone call or text from the front desk vs someone trying to walk in would have been better. Valet was pretty busy at check-in and check-out, but they were hustling! (also note there's a $26 charge for valet and no self-parking option.)

The room was comfortable, clean, well appointed (except we didn't have an ice bucket) and the bed was so comfy! If we ever need to stay in downtown again we'll be checking here (and the adjacent Garden Inn) for good rates for sure.
