Overall the hotel was nice. Was surprised that the room was on the small side & that there was no balcony especially being tht we booked the executive level room located on the top 2 floors.... Our room faced the parking lot so that was disappointing.... But the most upsetting part was that the alarm was set to 6:00am! I did not appreciate being woken so early on vacation!!!

Hotel was beautiful, room was clean, bed was clean and a bit on the hard side, staff were nice. No breakfast for hotel guests in the mornings. Only option is room service we ordered breakfast room service two meals came out to $63.00, food was good but we could have got the same food for less then half the price of that at a breakfast resturant. There was a paper in the room that said they clean the room every three days, we stayed two nights I didnt bother with the do not disturb sign thinking no one would be in my room and I left my stuff on the bed and bath counter. After the first night they went in and cleaned when we were gone. I would have picked my stuff up so no one had access to it. What is there to clean after one night. I was p.o about parking no choice to park yourself and carry ur one bag. You must pay $13.00 per day to park yourself or $19.00 per day for valet parking plus tip of course. The bill we found at the door morning of departing was 140.00. From two valet parking and breakfast. About 40.00 of hidden fees and different sorts of taxes. This hotel will get you on the small fees, read the small print.

Tesoro Cove serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located on the Lower Lobby Level of our resort. We prepare a full and varied breakfast buffet each morning. We also have The Barista, located on the Lobby Level, which serves coffee, juice, muffins, bagels, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and more.
Housekeeping services each room daily, except in the instance where a guest has a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on their door. The three-day service you are referencing is our Linen-Change Program. To reduce our daily use of water, energy and detergents, we change sheets every three days and at check out. However, if you prefer, we can instead change the bed linen every night of your stay.
Our resort and parking fees are included in the confirmation sent at the time of booking and reiterated again during check-in. If we failed to communicate these charges to you, I sincerely apologize.

We had a great time here. Beautiful property....smells great. Great front desk staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Terrific beds....ironed sheets! Nice view...great hot tub and pool. We had a nice "late" dinner and watched fireworks from Disney. Great waitress....thanks for a great week!
