Initially, my booking.com reservation was not showing up in the hotel's system. I think this was because of a technical issue that occurred between the two systems at the time of booking. The front desk staff, however, were extremely helpful in making sure I had a room and that the rate was honored. As my daughter and I were visiting Disney, I felt relieved knowing the hotel would make sure we had a room for our two-night stay regardless of the discrepancy. The staff were also helpful when we asked for in-room service menus and extra blankets.

It was conveniently located near the Disney parks and had several restaurants nearby. We drove to Epcot from the hotel and found that it was very quick and easy to get there - maybe one exit off I4. The hotel complex might consider a traffic light outside the Marriott Village entrance to help traffic flow on busy days, as well as more shuttles to Disney for those who do not plan on driving to the parks.

Overall, a good stay.

Room tip: Like many of the local hotels, it is near a highway. Try to choose a room that is on the opposite side from I4.

The staff were fantastic, so helpful and cared about the needs of each individual guest. Loved the rooms and the views from the rooms, we have stayed here twice and both times we had a nice view! The complimentary breakfast in the morning had a great selection and was very filling.

We stayed in Fairfield for our spring vacations!! The stay was comfortable. The breakfast was good too especially the Mickey shaped waffles. It was very close to Disney springs.
If you are planing to go to a park like Disney or universal then hotel is perfect!! Just come at the end of the day and sleep.
The stuff in the breakfast area was very polite and helpful!!!

Arrived at the hotel after a long, delayed flight. Front desk staff SEEMED to know my reservation, but unfortunately the next day they had me checked out and told me I had to update my keys daily. The hotel seems most appropriate for traveling families, but for business, not so much. The hotel elevator took up to 6-minutes to get to my floor or the lobby floor. The rooms do not have closets, and the vanity area is very small. My room butted up against the highway which was busy all night long, and although I like white noise, this was annoying.

Room tip: Would book this room for a family trip-restaurants and shops nearby, location is pretty good - not good for business

Here for a cheer comp with family. Perfect location. Great breakfast, but it is very busy. So, get there early. Very helpful staff. Easy and quick drive to the Disney parks. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.
