We had the same problem last year, the hotel seems to have no email facility, or rather does not reply back to customers !
We left a great review last year, after staying, even though like this time, we had no communication from the hotel. We had a bad reception, when we checked in, but John on front desk, the following day, made everything right. We booked in again on the same holiday, because of this.
We have sent 2 emails now over 2 weeks and recieved no reply. Looks like the have gone back to being poor again :(
Hopefully management might read this and reply to our email.
Looks like from the reviews we are reading, they are going to loose customers again ?
Shame as good location, but bad service.
