Bought a 3-1/2 star four day stay near the Orange County Convention Center through priceline.com and was surprised to find, after an hour wait for check in, that a "resort fee" of $10 was part of the registration process, an "unadvertised special" so to speak. This hotel is a bit on the used side and did not provide an LCD or LED TV, with a somewhat limited variety of channels. Odd layout resulted in search for the seven floor tower. Toiletries, including oatmeal soap were a plus in addition to the pool access and YMCA availability next door. No private shuttle was available to the convention center, not a 3.5 star hotel IMHO!

I stayed 2 nights there. From the first day I arrived, the front desk was not very friendly. Slow at checking you in, not explaining to you anything: about what the services were, where your room is located at, but expecting you to know everything. Oh, even when you ask about shuttle hours they point at the sign so you can read it yourself.
Called for towels and had to wait 45 minutes to call again because no one was willing to bring any. They don't know how to answer the phone. No communication skills.
Even kids say hello when they answer the phone.
Front desk people are very lazy and rude. Careful, READ before you sign for the room, because they are not willing to tell you anything.
WORSE hotel I have ever been and mostly because I was treated there and after I left!!! I will never go there again, and will not recommend anyone.

Elevators down , computers down ( for a week ??? ) , Staff bewildered . First morning came down at 7:00 AM to buy a coffee , system down , cash only , I don't have cash , can I charge to room ? No ???? They do have complimentary coffee till 6:30 AM .
Come down at 6:10 no Coffee , its empty , staff literally napping , oh I'm sorry sir we shut that down at 6 , oh all week its been available till 6:30 ?
Pizza flyers under the door at all hours of the night , Sherriff's spent time in the lobby with one of these noisy guys . No secure access to the 7 floor tower so anyone can wonder the halls

I stayed in the hotel with my family for 3 days and we didn't really like it. First of all, the people who work there should really improve their management skills..I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, pay a little extra and stay somewhere else..but if you are outside most of the day you can try to stay here.

This hotel has the best location on international drive. Very nice parking, walking distance to some nice restaurants. The only issue is the sleep number bed. Either it is hard as a rock or almost a water bed. The bed turns very hot. We had two queen beds and the remote of one did not work properly. The a/c in the room was not very efficient. We had to turn it down to 64 then the room felt like 70. The water pressure in the bathroom was the best i've seen. Overall clean and quiet.
