Had dinner in early June. Excellent view of Naples Beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and the sunset. The menu was good, the service started good but the waiter was less and less attentive as the evening wore on.

We drove over from South Florida to celebrate Father's Day, as a surprise for my husband. We stayed in the yellow building, on the 8th floor. Only minor complaint was how slow the elevators were to the pool - 8 floors is too much for stairs with kids. But the location was perfect. Great view of the gulf. We spent the majority of our time at the pool. Great food and drinks - fair prices for the convenience factor of it all. We ended up eating our meals right at the pool - couldn't tear the kids away. Chicken tenders were great and enough for 3 of us to share. Was a little bummed the pool closes at sunset but that's ok. Enjoyed ice cream from the lobby store. The property was beautiful and well kept. Our room was nice as well. We will definitely be back.

Room tip: If you have kids, having a first floor room near the pool would be ideal.

I had a business retreat and we stayed at this hotel. The room was #81 on the ground floor was perfection location even though we did not get a front view of the ocean because we knew we would not be in the room that much.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Even when we left our room key in the room and had to get security to let us in the room. To make sure we were who we said they even looked at out photo id for safety. I really liked that.

I am not sure the name of our housekeeper that weekend but I would love to have personally told her thank you for her services.

Each night she came in an turned the bed back, left a light on and chocolates on the pillow.

We never once left the room and came back to dirty towels. She kept the room spotless and fully supplied all week.

The grounds were magical. The walk to the beach is very short or you can sit on the sunset deck to watch an amazing sunset each day.

The food we ate in the dining room was wonderful and all the servers were amazing. The last night we had handsome Dargel who took amazing care of our table of 8.

A great little hotel, with amazing service from all the staff. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Room tip: Room #81 is a great spot without the ocean view on the first floor

Now that high season has ended, it’s the perfect time to enjoy one of the best views of the gulf in Naples. The tables are literally just off the beach. Although a bit over-priced, the food is very good. This restaurant is located on Gulf Shore Drive which is an added treat.

I was placed in one of the older buildings (Cabana)- not as nice as the main building. My view overlooked a parking lot and it was a bit noisy. Staff at check-in can try to be nicer/more accommodating. No vending machines. Beautiful property but don't stay in the older buildings.

Room tip: Persist on a room in the main building.
