This hotel was the cheapest on Ocean Dr., and we discovered the reasons very quickly. Dirty hallways, thin walls, pounding dance music played at the entrance to the hotel until 2 am each night... it seems to be geared towards college-age crowds.
Unfortunately we had a street-facing room in which we could clearly hear someone vomiting on the sidewalk in the middle of the night, even over the sound of the air conditioning. Front desk was unwilling to move us to a room that did not face the main road.
The disposable, non-woven fitted sheet on the bed was incredibly itchy.
We were able to check out two days early and move to a different hotel one block away, not on Ocean Drive.More
