We were blown away with just how misrepresented this hotel is on travel sites including here on TripAdvisor. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The lobby was honestly the only nice feature of this hotel, but once you step out of the lobby it’s a completely different story. Aside from the impatient and somewhat snotty valet and front desk staff, the hallways (especially the third floor) absolutely reek of mold and mildew and are dark and dingy with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and wall lamps. Trying to get into the room was a task in itself, we practically had to body slam the door to get it open. The room smelled even worse and the floors, beds, and furniture were dirty. When we tried to call the front desk to ask a question we realized the phone was not plugged into anything and it didn’t even have a wire to plug it in! During the duration of our stay there were several verbal altercations in the lobby and the hotel’s hallways, and we were woken up nice and early on our last day by the sound of power-tools in the room next door. The bar downstairs was decent and the bartender, Liz, was very friendly and made some great drinks.
It was like staying in the Tower of Terror honestly and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel. More
