The title is pretty strong, but it's true, let me explain. StripSteak is the final stage of the evolution of Fontaineblue's steakhouse (formerly Gotham, then FB steak, etc...). The food has been perfected with each evolutionary cycle, only to be outdone by the amazing staff starting from the manager (Erin Olive) who is relentless in making sure her guests are well taken care of. Bartenders Melli and Seth are flawless in their hospitality and drink creations. StripSteak reminds me of the Cheers song "Where everybody knows your name", and in this case they do! Seriously, the staff makes a concerted effort to make you feel like a returning friend, they do this genuinely and it shows. The food is excellent, get the decadent oysters to start, followed by the complimentary truffle butter infused bread, and then feast on the meticulously prepared steak. Make sure you save room for dessert, it's all good and calorie free!!...no, no it's not...unfortunately, but still very good (regardless of what you pick)! StripSteak is a culinary masterpiece highlighted by the genuinely hospitable staff. Kudos to Erin and the StripSteak team....in summary a perfect combination.
