Argentines are the best chef's & restaurant operators, hands down.

Kale Caesar lightly grilled was exceptional. My oysters chimichurri were delectable.

Braised beef rib with lobster risotto for dinner & the sea bass in a creamy sauce was best prepared in the area

Will be back for the meat courses, kept it light today, but watching the crowd, go big on beef, you won't be disappointed.

Best Resto on Lincoln road

Let's be honest, food in Miami is ridiculously over priced. That's not the case at Meat Market. The food is amazing! And our server, David, was awesome. The roasted brussel sprouts were delicious and the truffle cream corn is the perfect side to any of their steaks. Worth the visit.

There are plenty of restaurants in miami in which you can eat much better and more confortable for the same money. That being said the bill included the gratuity but on the signature slip it said "pre-tip amount" and then a space for "tip" trying to get you to pay the tip again. It should have said "additional gratuity" like everywhere else.

The food was good, and the decor is nice as well. The server could have been a little more attentive, as I told him I was allergic to fish and seafood, and he still brought me out a dish that contained seafood.

At the moment you get the menu you know you are going to put a real dent in the balance remaining on that credit card. Smaller steaks start at 45 bucks, and go up to the 90 dollar range for 30 oz Tomahawk or a Wagyu. And that is just the steak. Side dishes go for 10 dollars and sauces for 2.

Being Dutch and not really big eaters we shared a Meat Market Ceasar Salad for 16 $ while waiting for our steaks. The salad didn't disappoint and was a great appetizer.

The steaks were right there when we finished the salad and that first bite is something you will remember: great seasoning and seared crispy, it is probably worth the 55 dollar pricetag the Bone-In Ribeye has. The only disappointment was the fact that 50% of the steak was medium rare, where I ordered a medium steak.

The Market French Fries were a disappointment. Brown in stead of golden, soft in places in stead of crispy and plain in taste they are not worth the 10 dollars they are on the menu for. At home I would have sent them back to the kitchen at a 2$ pricetag.

With tax and mandatory gratuity the bill for us three came to a whopping 390 bucks for three steaks, three side dishes, a salad, two beers, a 55$ bottle of wine and three coffee.

At 250$ I would have rated the experience a five out of five. The pricetag being what it is, it rates a four if everything is perfect. But since the steak and fries were not I am dropping the total score to three out of five.
