While Uber was taking us their from the airport, good driver. Then we turned on 1st se, their were people living on the side of the streets, women of the evening trolleying the street and in front of this hotel. We went in and had to wait a little , then we keep looking around and seeing the elevators going up and down with men and women from out front of this hotel. they were charging us$250.00 a night. What you do, leave and call Hotels .com and report this to them, they understood and refunded our money, they said they had some reports of this going on. NEVER<NEVER,NEVER again

Room tip: Donot stay any where in the area of the Port of Miami, Fla looks run down and rough

Beautiful well kept and pristine hotel, comfortable beds, water replaced everyday. The continental breakfast was delicious with fresh omelettes to order and plenty of choice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only negative was the rooftop bar/terrace. We found it to be a bit grubby, not really in keeping with the rest of the hotel and it was also very, very expensive. We ended up giving our custom to other bars in the area that were much cheaper. The music was also far too loud. Unfortunately our room was on the 10th floor so it was just below the terrace and the music boomed for hours and hours.
All in all a great hotel, would stay again but would ask for a room lower down if you want a decent sleep away from the rooftop terrace.

I booked a room at #EurostarsLangford in Miami for April and unfortunately for me I chose the non-refundable rate.
Since booking the room, I am not permitted to travel internationally by the Canadian Government and denied entry to the United States by the American Government.
No one knows when access will be allowed! #EurostarsLangford has decided to profit from the COVID 19 pandemic at the detriment of seniors like myself who are denied access to the country, state and city, by refusing to cancel a reservation without penalty.
#EurostarsLangford have shown that it’s management is inflexible and unwilling to assist people caught in the non-refundable rate trap!
Consider carefully before making reservations. Try to find user friendly hotels!

It’s unfortunate that the hotel has to add a little insult to injury. Unlike the cruise companies and yes even airlines credits and/or waived cancellation fees this hotel has refused any remuneration or rescheduling options. Take our money and run I suppose and thanks for the compassion. No cruise, no holiday but glad to give Langford their money for outstanding service.

This hotel is a former bank that was converted into a hotel. It is a beautiful building with much of original fixtures (I believe it's registered historic). The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is also spacious and unique (maybe 20s?). Lovely mid century furniture. No frills, but the attached restaurant is nice. Customer service is great. David at the front desk was super nice and shared great advice on sites and places to checkout. The housekeeping staff was just wonderful. My event was at the continental and I walked there..five minutes walk. Lots of things to do within a short walk of the hotel.

I will definitely stay here at my next trip to Miami, as well as check out those in New York and Barcelona.
