The Marriott Biscayne Bay was wonderful, especially considering there was a fire alarm and a rare power outage. The hotel staff worked especially hard to get everything under control and make everyone's experience as wonderful as possible. Alberto A. and Daniel F, valets, always met us with a friendly welcome and goodbye and recommended some gems to visit! Ricardo and Raul in the restaurant and bar prepared great food to order and treated us with respect and kindness. Lily Fox, Jehison, Ruby, and Marjorie, at the front desk was extremely friendly, hardworking and reassuring as all the guests were accommodated. Jose, the bellman, also helped us with our luggage and gave a fantastic recommendation for a nearby restaurant. Christina worked hard to keep the entire hotel clean and went above and beyond to help guests. We had a super trip and are very grateful for your outstanding service! (Also, we are not special guests and do not know these people. We are only commending them because of their exceptional service! Thank you!)

Room tip: High floor view was amazing. We were on the 27th floor with partial view of bay and balcony that was amazing!

I would personally like to thank Yazdi for helping me with the Safe that was in my room. His customer service was awesome and he worked quick. This Marriott property was a great location for downtown and wynnwood.

Yazdi Patel fixed problems with my safe right away. Great service by him and a nice guy to talk to as well. Would recommend this hotel and its respectful staff, especially Yazdi. Try to ask for him if you wanna get something fixed quick.

Love this hotel! Upgraded rooms and great location! Only 10-15 min Uber to South Beach! Lots of nice restaurants nearby which is walkable. Only downside is parking is expensive but that’s everywhere in Miami.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel - but what made it excellent was the staff. They went out of their way to be friendly, considerate and fast to response to requests. Examples include our room not having a refrigerator which was sent up quickly. Service calling to see if we needed new towels (in light of Covid restrictions). We had unfortunately left clothes in the closet and Jean Williamceau, James Griffin and Yazdi Patel were quick to help us find them and send them home. Such a pleasant stay and we will come back again.
