Air conditioning on the entire floor was like a jet engine. Incredibly loud and disruptive, luckily we travel with earplugs in case of such surprises. Airport shuttle was entirely too small and crowded, would up just taking an Uber instead. Staff was pleasant. Will look elsewhere next time we overnight in Miami.

In my 20 years traveling to Miami for vacation this hotel meets the criteria of top five best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. What an experience even if it was a short duration of time, From the check in to the check out my experience here at the blue lagooon Hampton Inn And Suites was absolutely amazing. My Family and myself came to Miami this year to board a Royal Caribbean cruise to celebrate my nieces graduation, upon check-in my sister her husband and myself approached the front desk to get checked in and Mr. Frances was absolutely stunning in the way he got us checked in he was very quick very efficient and very informative what a sweet heart. Personally I have stayed at a lot of hotels Marriott Hilton‘s Holiday Inn expresses Kimpton Ritz Carlton the W so on and so forth. Mr. Frances gave us an experience we will never forget, Our trip was very hectic including traveling with three children under the age of five that would just not stop crying obviously the gentleman at the front desk could see that we were struggling, I was very shocked when he provided us with waters and children’s stationary (Disney Coloring Canvases) so that our children would be occupied at the time of check-in. From his enthusiastic personality to his wonderful jokes and great smile mr. Frances made sure we were smiling informed about every single thing from the amenities to the shuttle, He held him self in the upmost professional manner mind you his outfits were professionally superb and extravagant, I felt like I was receiving 5 star service thank you so much Frances for an experience we will never forget. The breakfast was AMAZING the venue area for the pool was so chic very clean very private beds were so soft rooms so clean you could lick the floors not that I wanted to but just saying. Housekeeping services never missed a beat and the remainder of the staff were absolutely wonderful. I’ll be sure to stay here in November when me and my husband travel to Miami again for our 20th anniversary.

This hotel was close to the airport which is why we chose it. We found the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Even though our reservation was for four people, our room did not have enough towels and wash cloths for all of us. We had to request and the hotel then gave us enough sets. I would think that the room would always have enough sets of towels for the number of people staying in a room. We also found this to be an issue at another Hampton Inn that we stayed at while on this trip.

I would like to personally apologize for the lack of towels in your room. Sadly, due to all the mayhem the pandemic caused, many hotels are suffering low towel inventory, and delivery is taking longer than we had hope. It does hinder us a bit, not being able to provide all the rooms with the necessary sets of towels. But we are hoping this will all end soon.

Please let us know when you are planning your next visit to Miami! We will be thrilled in welcoming you all back.

Great location, 5 minutes from airport. Close to restaurants and Publix across the street. Rooms are large and clean, staff keep hallways and lobby spotless. Staff excellent and very accommodating. Definitely a great place to stay in MIA either for overnight or extended stay. They also offer shuttle service to MIA and cruise port!

On our recent visit pre cruise we were treated to
an excellent breakfast service then after that we’re were invited to the Friday night Happy hour.
If not for Nora that morning we probably would have
missed this event.
There again we saw Nora with the food service.
Again we were graciously welcomed. What a spread she prepared!
We thanked Nora and parted for our room.

Nora you are an asset to Hampton Inn and certainly made our stay wonderful.

We will be back!
